International Shipping Policy

At present, WAW does not offer a fully integrated international shipping service through our website. If you require overseas delivery, please contact us via our official LINE account (LINE ID: @waweditions) or email us at hello@waweditions.com for individual assistance.

For international orders, WAW is responsible for preparing and dispatching your order and may assist in shipping to your designated freight forwarder or delivery address. Other than the product price, shipping costs, and any applicable administrative handling fees, no additional charges will be imposed by WAW.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to delays, loss, damage, customs inspections, import duties, VAT, local taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Such charges and customs clearance procedures are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be handled directly with the shipping carrier or local customs authorities.

All international shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and risks associated with cross-border transportation shall be borne by the buyer. Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, WAW shall not be held liable for any delays, loss, damage, customs-related issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Returns & Refunds

We regret that all international orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once shipped.

Upon request, and with your prior approval, we may perform a pre-shipment inspection and basic product condition check before dispatching your order. This service is intended to help minimize potential disputes and risks associated with international transportation.
